Cool, Allen.

Much of my ancestry is French, and it's the second language I grew up around.
Who started the anti-French stuff (like the stupid "freedom" fries) anyway? At the moment I forget how that all came about ...

Over in France they're chuckling as they watch us "holier than thou" Americans gasping and gnashing our teeth over extra-marital affairs which are considered a perk in the French society.
BTW . . . I LIKE France, I LIKE wine and I LIKE many of the French customs though the "perk" mentioned above is not one I partake of or WOULD partake of. Love the missus too much and am grateful every day she chooses to keep me around.
Viva la France! :-)

The bastion of family values, Rudy Giuliani, whose family won't even
speak to him, will be on stage for the Republicans next week. How
many affairs and wives has Rudy gone through?

As far a differences between the parties is concerned, to the
democrats you are sleazy if you have one affair (Clinton and Edwards)
but to the republicans if you have at least three you can be crowned
a hero (Giuliani, Gingrich, etc).
