I thought the speech was very good, too.

Perhaps he didn't get a great reception because, with all that
he *knows* that's been going on and still has not allowed the
House to do the right thing and originate impeachment
proceedings), something is "off."  Just MHO, that something
is off about what he says v. what he does ...
