Neo-con means "new conservative," and is the new(ish) brand of extremist conservative.

Even over the winter on freezing cold days, there are just a few of the humbirds that hang around here -- with the natural refrigeration, don't need to change the nectar much!  But I guess the winter's just too much for them at your elevation.
