No, I want her to explain to the Republican base that she works
with Democrats to raise taxes on corporations. The conservative
dogma seems to be "cut programs, cut taxes, and don't tax
corporations". When a government is running in the red, it may be
necessary to raise taxes to maintain necessary programs, and the
target of the taxes may well be corporations. They could learn
something here. Or, it may not play well with view of the McCain/
Palin ticket.

Religion? No. I fear the impact of decision makers who are not
concerned with the consequences of their choices. The American
taxpayers, the American soldiers, and Iraqis will pay the cost of the
Iraq invasion, while Bush and Company retire on their oil profits.
At least, he appears to want to retire and live to ripe old age in
the USA, although some of his actions do make me question the
validity of my assumption.

If the President expects to be raptured off of the planet prior to
Armageddon, I doubt that they will will work hard to prevent it. Or
like Jim Jones in Guiana, they may even make choices consistent with
bringing it about. I don't want a President to have nuclear capacity
and a death wish. ( or megalomania or senility or anger management
problems or a gambling problem or ... )
