[Grovenet] lost dog

A small, white Bichon dog named Logan escaped from its owners' car Friday
night near the Forest Grove United Church of Christ in downtown Forest
Grove. Logan's owners were generously helping a Forest Grove police officer
whose patrol car had become stuck in the snow when Logan got out. If you see
