AH, bad press. I wondered. I got a wu mailing the other day. Our legislators
send out this junk to bolster their appeal against bad publicity. Only I
hadn't heard of any.

"Government" = Congress on these issues.

Why do we keep reelecting the same congresspeople? Remember Congressman Wu
who managed to throw away a huge chunk of our tax money on a pork-barrel
contract for an Oregon clothing manufacturer who made clothes that the
government had to discard because they couldn't use them - then he had the
audacity to do it again and put more clothing in the land fill at our
expense?

Where are the recall petitions?

Where are people who are willing to act?

As an old buddy and sales manager used to say, "Talk is cheap!"

He had that right!
