[Grovenet] Impeachment Resolution

It is a long article of impeachment, there is so much offered as reason.

Remember back around 2001 when Cheney helped the oil industry write  
the national energy policy?  That was back when Iraq was prepared to  
increase oil production to pay their bills.  It is really a shame  
that the war in Iraq stopped that increase in production and the  
resulting drop in price.  Instead, the Iraq production dropped off,  
and it has stayed down.  So we have a higher price for oil and great  
profits for the American oil industry that helped Cheney write the  
policy.  Fair enough, heh?
