I'm really impressed with Bush's efforts to make a lasting legacy.
We started out with Bin Laden and 20 hijackers and now the watch list  
for terrorist suspects contains over 1 million records.   Some of  
these represent duplicate records on 1 person so there aren't a  
million terrorists out to get us yet but just give Bush a few more  
months and he may get there before he leaves office.

Of course Bush may yet tag himself with an even bigger 'legacy' over  
the other issues of the day. I can't wait until Jan '09.
