I guess I must be subversive.
We weren't rich so there aren't very many pictures of me when I was a  
kid. But I have seen pictures of Barack Obama as a kid with his white  
family, so they are out there.

Barack Obama had a lot of student loans, and according to public  
documents he has been making his payments on time.  If you don't have  
rich grandparents you can go to an expensive school on your own dime.

He did not go to a Muslim school. He went to a school with a variety  
of religions represented and the children who were Muslim were  
allowed to pray in their tradition, as were the Christians.

In his state legislative experience he protected cops from false  
accusations of beating prisoners. (Among other good things)

In his federal legislative experience he protected the human race by  
helping to reduce loose nuke threats from Russia. (Among other good  
things)

He worked in community organizing in Chicago so that people would be  
able to help themselves solve their own problems so they wouldn't  
have to rely so much on government.

He believes in the Constitution and understands it too.

He is a Christian and understands that everybody has a right to the  
religion of their choice. He wouldn't hold your Christianity against  
you if you came to the religion by a different path than he did.  God  
probably wouldn't either, by the way.

There are books on the subject that can give you accurate information  
about both candidates. And their websites are easy to get to so you  
don't have to do a Snopes check if you don't feel like it.  The  
website that Bob mentioned is easy to check on as well. (Pictures  
there too.)

Neither candidate is perfect and neither is as bad as their  
opposition wants to paint them.

The only thing that I would ask is that you vote this year from a  
position of knowledge. Voting out of fear that a secret PTSD 100%  
disabled person will give corporations power to track your every  
purchase and deny you health insurance in addition to starting  
another war or two in the mid east and make your grandchildren pay  
for Halliburton's Dubai headquarters is not the best reason to vote  
for the other guy.
Vote for the guy that you think will be the best for both you  
personally, the country as a whole, and maybe even the world at large  
if that is possible. Even if it is Ron Paul or some other write in  
candidate.
