necessarily think it applies in all cases.
The other would probably respond: "The Constitution? Oh yeah, that's 
like, an old paper, Right? And Ronnie Reagan wrote it, so we know 
it's probably mostly a good thing for REAL Americans, like us, but 
not for those OTHER people, you know?" (winks at camera).
