[Grovenet] Washington County voting results - I was a bit surprised

There is certainly something that has changed the usual voting  
pattern.  It appears in the voting for all of the partisan offices.   
There were two state Representative positions where a Republican  
pulled more votes.  The rest of the Federal and State positions  
tended to looked to have Democrats pulling more votes.  I am not used  
to such numbers in this county.
