What heck good will that do? None.
I don't think it will happen.
But I do think there will be a change in terms of who gets to be the
'first'.
Having the same two states be 'first' distorts their relative
importance. And having states trying to leap frog over each other
just results in chaos.

I would like to see the small states take turns at who is first on a
rotating basis. And I do think it is important to let the small
states get some attention in the beginning because the # of votes in
the big states will always lead the candidates to spend resources and
pay attention to the needs of the big ones.
After the small ones have their primaries early in the process (Say
Jan and Feb), then the medium ones could take turns getting the
attention in the middle of the process (Mar and April) and the big
ones could take turns who is 'first' in the later part of the process
(May and June).
That would give the lesser known candidates have an opportunity for a
break through in the smaller, less expensive states, and give them a
chance to build up funding as they get more well known. The leading
candidates would always have their advantage of name recognition and
they would have to prove their worth in the smaller states.
