I guess rules don't matter when you are a republican.
So, Sarah Palin is pregnant with her 5th child and know it has Down's
syndrome.
She is giving a speech and her water breaks and she has labor pains.
She finishes her speech, gets to the airport, checks in her luggage
and gets on the plane for a flight from Texas to Alaska with a change
of planes in the middle.
Good judgement?
Yes if you think like George Bush.
In the current world of this administration if you want something you
do not have to worry about potential consequences.
Sarah Palin wanted to be in Alaska. So what if it put her child at
risk, or her own life at risk as well as the time and schedule of the
other passengers, the $ risked by the airlines to deal with a
delivery etc.
It is the same mind set that George Bush has. He wanted to be a war
president so he made sure he was.
She wanted to be in Alaska so she made sure she was.
"
She rushed so quickly from the podium afterwards that Texas Gov. Rick
Perry nervously asked if she was about to deliver the baby then. She
made it to the airport, and gave birth hours after landing in
Anchorage to Trig, who is diagnosed with Down Syndrome. "Maybe they
shouldn't have let me fly, but I wasn't showing much so they didn't
know," she says.

A mother on her 5th pregnancy either didn't know about the risks of
flying while in labor (how intelligent is that?) Or she knew and
wanted to get away with skirting the rules (how typical is that!)
Right or wrong the slogan for her party is "Country first but start
with what I want". And she will cover up important inconvenient facts
if they get in her way.
Yes, she was a perfect pick to be the vice president if we want the
same kind of mind set for 4 more years.
