One of the mantra's of the McCain campaign is that he will change the  
behavior of Washington, D.C. and get rid of the bureaucrats and the  
power brokers.

Follow the money.

When support from the government-military-industrial complex goes  
predominantly to one candidate you can guess their honest assement of  
the campaign promises.  So where is Haliburton's money is going?  And  
the weapons manufacturers, the oil lobby, the multinational  
corporations, etc.?
