Actually Steven I heard Sara Palin expressing some very conservative religious beliefs today on the radio.  The 5 minute or so clip was from last June I believe they said.  She was addressing a gathering of youth and their leaders at some sort of religious summer camp type event.  Very, very, bible thumping, God's path or burn in hell, type comments.(including "my son will be on his way to Iraq to do God's will")
No comment on whether that is right or wrong, just that her expression of religious issues has been broadcast.

Oh, and my take on why you stay here instead of going to some radical blog or left leaning news source....  you like the challenge.  You relish the good fight.  Nothing wrong with that either.
