A friend pointed this out to me:
The concept that you leverage panic in order to make changes that  
would be considered radical in circumstances before the panic is  
outlined by Naomi Klein in her book the "Shock Doctrine".


Blank checks to millionaires with no oversight or transparency with  
the approval of congress? Usually that is done with no bid contracts  
by department heads but now it is blatant and in the open.

I agree that the symbolism to a military section 8 is apparent but I  
question who is the one with the mental incompetence. The folks who  
are asking for the blank check or the populace that is going to go  
along with it?

May our grandchildren forgive us for what has been done to them.
