Re: #3. All government business will be conducted in our language.
I believe all government business in the US is conducted in English. And
yes, they sometimes also have other languages on the forms.
Re: #6. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No
welfare, no food stamps, no health care, or other government
assistance programs. Any burden will be deported.
It seems to me that you must be a citizen or resident alien to qualify for
welfare, food stamps or other government assistance programs. Health care
is not provided by the government, but by private organizations.

It seems to me, numbers 2 thru 6 apply to the United States as well. As
for
the 1st one, isn't it wonderful that our children can learn a second
language? Or, should we limit our children's education to less than what
many other countries provide? Learning the second language isn't mandatory
and many kids don't even get the opportunity in their schools.
Number 3 does not apply to this country, have you been to the DMV lately?
AFS offices?
Number 6, been to a grocery store lately and seen who has WIC coupons,
Oregon Trail cards? And that doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of
the
lines at clinics, emergency rooms, and associated health care sites.
I believe all countries have a form of 2, 4 and 5. The US does give people
the right to pursue citizenship, and therefore vote, and obtain political
office. It is my understanding from a conversation with a Mexican national
recently, that Mexico does not offer naturalized citizenship that allows you
to
hold political office.
