Actually, I had made a mistake.  I know that revenue bills originate  
in the House and I know that McCain is a senator.

With all of the press about the vote count in the Senate, I was  
thinking that the bill was running in parallel copies, one in the  
House and one in the Senate, with a conference committee at the end.   
I was wrong.
