[Grovenet] Needed: poodle to pet

I just spent a week visiting a friend who had a toy poodle, and I did not get sick with allergies, in fact I was fine.  This was a revelation to me, as I have always had terrible allergies to most all animals with fur.  I miss having a dog, I really do!

I would like to pet a standard poodle (purebred) and see if I remain reaction-free -- so does anybody have a big poodle who would enjoy hanging out with me for a little while?  My family would be SO happy if I have finally found a dog breed I don't react to!
