Keep in mind David that military contractors, who are heavily
connected to our corporate media, have a vested financial interest in
keeping wars 'acceptable' to the American public.
If we knew the true cost of wars we would be less likely to approve
of them.
The American public was told that this was a simple and even 'easy'
war. Who could object if it was so benign?
You probably don't recall because we were not told.
When it comes to war reporting, you can believe what you are told but
you have to be wary because you are not told what you need to know.
Our government/corporate media does not out right lie to us, but they
leave out the most vital information that would make us truly informed.
