[Grovenet] Obama urges delay in digital TV transition - MSNBCArticles

They delayed it a few years ago to be after the super bowl.
2006 was the original deadline. They moved it to Feb of 2008 but congress
wanted it to happen after the election so it was moved to Feb of 2009, after
the superbowl specifically.
