[Grovenet] Remember the goat herder?

Only one problem with that-- it might be hard to assemble a jury of  
"their peers" in Afghanistan, because their true peers are mostly  
vicious warlords and intolerant fanatics like Mulla Omar, who are in  
hiding and unlikely to comply with the ideals of human law in any case.
Truly, brothers under the skin...
