I am looking for a new EV project, under $3K. Have any leads/tips for me?

I learned homeowners insurance does not cover any motor vehicles at all,
fire/theft coverage is only available through auto insurance. I lost 3
vehicles in the fire. A piece of advice: get additional fire/theft insurance
for your ATV, boat, or vehicle.
