Does anyone in the group have a suggestion for William regarding his son's pedal cart?

   I have a handy capped son who for the last ten years has run an  
ice cream bussiness in Burns.
   His cart is peddle powered and he wants to upgrade to electric,  
something like a Ford think. Does your organization know what he  
could use for this.
   He is mentally delayed from epilepsy as a child, and cannot pass  
license test. Any help would be appreciated.
