[Oeva-list] Fast charger?

In simple terms it's just how many amps can you pull from the wall and 
put in the batteries.  "dump charging" from a charged DC pack to 
discharged pack is done at very high amps on the EV drag strip 
frequently....  big fat cables and connectors ....
