I would have never associated Intel with battery manufacturing. Personally  I 
think it is great. Intel is a huge help to Oregon's economy. Already  
established as a high quality manufacturer it would be really exciting if they  chose 
to do this. 
 
If you ask me this is where most of our 750 billion bail  out budget should 
go. Assisting US companies develop technology here that  is going to have 
profound effects in the long run.
