Hi Friends,
 
NEW in 97220:
   Charging with long-term parking  option.
 
About time more of you knew about my
Gateway/Parkrose/PDX area Property.
 
It has a Garage with 110 power, 
and an adjacent long *Covered* Carport.
This can be a good EV Park-N-Ride location
if you are planning a major Shopping Trip at Gateway, 
using PDX Airport, or visiting Adventist Hospital.
 
I-84, I-205, and several good Public Transit modes are near.
 
I work from this home office most days, at 
4004 NE 105th Ave, at the corner of NE Shaver Street
in peaceful Parkrose - Portland, OR  97220 -
 
I'd like to post a note indoors for Housemates 
when visitors are expected on the property.

I'm still new to Parkrose neighborhood, and do frequent event hosting.

I'd like to post a list of Visitors/Vehicles - that you may refer to 
when you Charging - so Housemates and neighbors
may know to be cordial, and you'll also know who else may be here.  
 
Your Alternate Charging equipment is welcome.
 
Extras:
 
Scooters and Bikes can be stored at the Garage. Travel plan help. 
We can add Bike Storage hooks, and get regular users a Garage Key. 
 
Fridge access, occaisional overnite guest room, and workspace with DSL, all possible soon. Ok to use Garden Furniture, harvest a Fruit snack (and nuts) from Trees, in season, 
when Charging.  Do chase the squirrels. (It seems to energize them...)
