I've had my Prizm weighed a few times at:

Mayflower Moving & Storage 
4836 Southeast Powell Boulevard,
Portland, OR 97206

I don't remember the cost but it's pretty cheap.  I had them weigh the
front and read alone, as well as the whole car.
