14-year old Lisa Stoner from Minnesota wanted to do something meaningful
with her summer vacation. So she is riding her bike from Minneapolis to
Washington, D.C. to raise awareness for electric vehicles. When she arrives
in DC she is going to deliver a petition asking for tax credits and
incentives electric cars.
