The person requesting the info doesn't say if they are an individual or
a business, so I'm responding to both.  According to the OR DOE, there
are some electric vehicles tax incentives.  Go onto their websites:

 

For individuals:

http://www.oregon.gov/ENERGY/TRANS/hybridcr.shtml

Look on the right hand column for "Alternative Fuel Vehicles or
Charging/Fueling Systems:" under this is a pdf application form link and
other info.

 

For Businesses:
