Many Congratulations Jay !!!

As we all know your conversion is one of the most impecable...  I for 
one VOTE that ONE of our 3, 4, or 5 Prime spots on the Street in Front 
of the SEVA Parking LOT at the "Gssless on Greenwood"  be yours....

We shall know for sure this Thursday, for I have been 'bugging' Show 
management to come up with a firm number of street spots...  A>S>A>P
