Hi OEVA folks,
I just received this info about the Recycled Arts Fair this coming weekend. I couldn't attach the 413Kb file, so I'll post the relevant text here. Please sign up to attend and let Paul B. know you're coming! See you there.
Cheers,

Dear
Recycled Arts Festival Educational Programs:
The
weekend for our festival is almost here! We are so excited to meet all of you and looking forward to a successful
event. Here are some last minute details
for you:
SET UP: You may begin
setting up on Friday, June 26th from 3 pm until 7 pm, and you must arrive at the park
prior to 6 pm. We will also be opening for participants at 6am on Saturday and at 8 am on Sunday morning. Please enter the park from 8th street where there will be
someone to direct you to the location of your booth and you will be able to
drive into your space. Please drive only
on hard surfaces and keep all vehicles off the grass. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, all vehicles
must be out of the park by 8 am. Overnight security will be provided both
Friday and Saturday night but we recommend that you remove or secure
valuables. The festival hours are from 9 am – 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
VOLUNTEERS: Please have your volunteer staff at your booth at all times, and if
you’d like relief for your staff – there will be an event staff volunteer to
relieve your staff when needed.
PARKING: Street parking is very limited. There is a parking structure across the park
that you can enter from 6th street between Washington and Columbia. The cost is $2.50 per day on the weekends.
FOOD: Vancouver Farmer’s Market is adjacent to Esther Short Park and has many good
options for lunch. There are also
several small cafes nearby – if you need ideas or directions, just ask at the
information tent. They will have a menu binder of all area restaurants. Please bring your own reusable drink
container/water bottle with you.
EVENT STAFF: Staff at the festival will be wearing T-shirts with the logo on the
front and “Event Staff” printed on the back. If you need assistance, just ask anyone wearing one of these shirts and
they’ll help you with your questions or find someone who can.
If you
have any questions or need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to contact
us. We want this to be a great
experience for you so you’ll come back next year and bring all of your friends!

lots of diverse food choices (burgers, coffee, gelato, bakeries, BBQ, tacos,
Thai, Middle Eastern, Hawaiian, Italian
and lots more) within a few blocks of Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.
We will have a Menu Book at the information tent during the festival. During
the day, the Farmer’s Market will be open on Saturday and Sunday. For after
