Hi All,

As if we didn't have enough EVents already for this coming weekend, Boaz Frankel from the Un-Road Trip project will be throwing a party for alternative vehicles in Portland this coming Sunday at 4pm at Keen Footwear in NW and we're invited.  Boaz would really like to try riding an electric motorcycle/bike at the party.  Please see his message below.  I regret to say that I'll be out of town this weekend and cannot make it.  

Wade, I know you like showing off your electric "Zero" motorcycle.  Is there any chance you might be able to bring that to the party on Sunday?  This is also a chance to get your electric car shown in a documentary in case you'd like that chance.  Please contact Boaz and CC me (tim_kutscha at yahoo.com) in case you can share a ride for Boaz's last leg of his epic journey.

I'm a TV/video producer finishing up my latest project- the Un-Road Trip, and I was interested in including you in the journey. On June 28th I'll be finishing up my ten week car-free journey across North America.  I've traveled around 10,000 miles using over 80 modes of transportation from camel to electric golf cart to kayak to paraglider as I explored alternative vehicles and sustainable transportation.  I've been documenting the whole journey online at unroadtrip.com through blogs, photos, and video, and I'm planning on editing a full length documentary this summer.

The trip will be coming to an end on Sunday, June 28th in Portland, OR, and I want to include a variety of vehicles on my last day.  I was hoping I might be able to ride in one of your member's electric vehicles as one of the last legs of the journey.  Additionally, I'd love to invite you and your group to come to the wrap party.  We'll be inviting press among others and we're hoping to feature a lot of alternative vehicles at the party too- if anyone has a small electric cart/bike/motorcycle it would be great if they could bring it!
