House Bill 2120 is the Jobs and *Transportation Act*. Among the many things
that it includes is that it "Authorizes state agencies to provide
electricity for plug-in electric vehicles."

House Bill 2120will provide jobs, lower transportation costs, and build
stronger, healthier communities. This legislation strikes a balance between
strengthening Oregon's existing transportation infrastructure while also
making critical investments in a host of new transportation options. In
addition, it ensures that Oregon will be able to reduce global warming
pollution from the transportation sector while accommodating future growth.
