[Oeva-list] Need interstate carrier to ship golf cart thingy

I'm having a devil of a time finding a serious cost effective carrier to
bring my eBay'd Bad Boy Buggy (golf cart thing) from TN to Oregon.  Any
suggestions?  All the eBay recommended vendors reneged on their quotes.
Very dissappointing.
