[Oeva-list] Event this weekend!

Hi,

Gary, and I was approached last weekend at two different events to
participate in the Green Renaissance Fair the next weekend.

The times are:
Saturday Sep 19 2009 - 9:00am - 7:00pm 
Sunday Sep 20 2009 - 9:00am - 6:00pm

I have the canopy, and display material at the event site Holladay West
Park.
This is at the middle of the East end of the park on 13th Ave.  Max is on
one side of the park, NE 11th Ave, NE Multnoma St, and 13th Ave are on
the other sides.  The parking lot closest to the event site is the Lloyd
Center Theater parking lot.
We do not have permits to show any vehicles at the event.

Please come if you can come help out any time during the event.
I have an ongoing obligation Sunday morning, and will be coming in the
afternoon otherwise I plan to be at the event all the hours.

This could be the last weekend event of the year?
