[Oeva-list] Smell Test?

Hi All
My question is: Should any company or individual asking for investors use
the OEVA as what might be viewed as a reference? Particularly when there
isn't any evidence the device operates as described. Without first posting
if anyone had any concerns about referencing the OEVA? And is there anything
written that addresses this concern? Personally if I had something to sell,
I'd ask before I put a link on my webpage. I agree with Dan, I think
everyone would like to see your device in action.
