[Oeva-list] heads up for Leaf drivers--WTC DC quick charger inaccessible

Yikes! I certainly hope this isn't a regular problem with that DC Quick 
Charger. It really shouldn't be too hard to remember to move the car 
after 30 minutes or so to any other open parking spot...
