Some models of the Coulomb level 2 stations also provide level 1. Are we sure this is not the case here?

It is interesting but there is no connection other than Intel and PGE are upgrading to Level II charging at about the same time and the Level I now at the World Trade Center was one of the units that was out at Jones Farm. By the way the two chargers replacing the Shorepower units are Coulombs.

> The PGE's ShorePower charging station at 1st and Salmon in downtown Portland will be under construction starting as early as 12/22/11. There will be Level I charging available during the construction period but the Level II unit will be shut down. All will be replaced by two Level II charging stations by 1/14/12.
