Six weeks????    Well, I guess it is only 3 wks for me, on ONE family vehicle. 

Yes, I am part of the problem.    I just figured that for my diesel truck (20mpg), I'm paying about $5000/yr in fuel and taxes.

$300 plus a little money for electricity to charge the vehicle seems like a bargain compared to what I pay for fuel, and yet everyone is complaining.    
For some people that's six weeks worth of fill-ups at the gas station.
