[Oeva-list] Does anyone know of charging opportunities in Madras or Mitchell

I emailed Jennifer Barker (she manages SolWest) to see if she knows 
anyone in Madras or Mitchell that would let you charge. She knows quite  
a few people in that area..

We should hear back from her tonight or tomorrow.
