In my conversations with Blink, they prefer receiving a phone call because it allows them to verify issues, provide solutions, or direct customers to other nearby stations.

I've checked the Blink map a few times and they do remove stations that are having technical issues. Unfortunately that causes problems where just one side of a DCQC isn't working as they'll remove the whole station until it is repaired.
