I didn't go up McKenzie pass.  Well, actually I did but only about 5 miles until I dropped to 4 bars.  I took the Clear Lake cutoff.  It's 68 miles which on the flats would be a problem but it's a net drop.  I also drove mostly 45.

How did you get from Detroit, up to McKenzie and back to Harbicks on one
80% charge???

I get:

Detroit -> Hwy 20: 31 miles +2600'
22/20 -> McKenzie Hwy (126): 23 miles -2600'
126 -> McKenzie Pass: 22 miles +3700'
McKenzie Pass -> Harbicks FC: 29 miles (ok, those are basically free
miles except for the last few where it's relatively flat)
