[Oeva-list] Quick Charging to Portland

Last weekend, I made good use of the Salem and Woodburn quick chargers.
 While I was able to charge ok each time, I did run into two bugs.  The
main one to make sure people know about is that the Blink quick chargers
do *not* automatically switch over to the other port like they're
supposed to (at least not reliably, given the two failures
Saturday).
