What about a hardwired NEMA 14-50 I had installed to charge my EV? I assume that the Tesla Charger connector to that outlet is NOT covered.

My Blink plugs into a 240V outlet installed for the purpose, so it's dedicated, but not hardwired.  I don't recall seeing that requirement, but no one checked either.
