You might have seen the big news recently: 8 States Plan To Put 3.3 Million
Zero Emission Vehicles on the Road by 2025

Here is one of the many news stories about it:

http://earthfix.nwpr.org/energy/article/oregon-7-other-states-plan-to-increase-zero-emissi/

These 8 states signed a memorandum of understanding. You can read the
action plan here:

http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/HWY/OIPP/docs/Multi-State_ZEV_ActionPlan.pdf

My questions for you:

What do you think of the action plan?
What (if anything) is missing for OR and SW WA?
Should we try to get the $1500 incentive back? Or more?
What do you think about Oregon's infrastructure?
What about the fees to use the infrastructure?

Regards,
Pat
