with poetry readings by:

Peaches and Bats is a twice-yearly handmade poetry fanzine, edited and
produced by Sam Lohmann in Portland. The new issue also includes work by
Jeff Alessandrelli, Norma Cole, Ray DeJesús, Nathan Hauke, Lauren Levin,
Chris Nealon, Kate Schapira, Jen Tynes, and Deborah Woodard.
Paul G. Maziar *is a poet, working and living in Portland. His first book
was published in 2008, titled *What it is: What it is*. It was a
collaboration of his early prose works along with the typographic and
photographic designs of the artist Matt Maust. In 2010, Paul self-published
his first chapbook of poems, *Last Light of Day*, which is being printed as
a full-length collection by Publication Studio in Portland. A seahorse, he
co-curates a monthly reading, art and music series called The Switch, and is
currently studying writing under poets Hoa Nguyen and Larry Fagin. His work
has been published in *ListenLight*, *Small Doggies*, *Poets & Artists*, *
Smorg* and *c_L*, and he’s the co-creator of an ongoing poetry blog
Fog the Feelers*.
*Jesse Morse* lives and writes out of Portland. He spends a lot of time
outside with his dog Hank. His work has recently appeared in *Slack Lust*
and* Page Boy*. He'll have two chapbooks out this year:*Rotations *(c_L
Press) and *paragraphs for dolphins (and other anomalies) *(Thuggery &
Grace). He sings and plays guitar in The Whirlies.
*Michael Weaver* lives in Portland.
