If you are one of agora's users, and would like to publish your own web pages, submit a request so that your web directory can be created --- it is separate from the standard location in your home directory to help you avoid accidentally making private data public.
Note that you are expected to learn HTML on your own (there are pointers below), and you cannot provide your own scripts for security and system load reasons. The only charge is indirect: your documents are included in your disk space quota.
