Photographs are a way that humans have invented to keep records of things they did or saw. You would think that a species with such big brains would have come up with an accurate and complex way to preserve smells. But they have such small noses anyway, it probably wouldn't matter. Anyway here's some photos of me. |
Here is a picture of me enjoying chewing on something or other on a camping trip. eez and I often go camping. It looks like this was a backpacking trip, I see eez's pack by the tent. I have my own backpack and I carry my own food and blanket. When we backpack, we go into the wilderness up in the mountains. Sometimes we just drive to a nice place, like the coast. I really love the ocean, I like to play in the surf. Once I met one of those slippery ocean dogs and we ran back and forth barking at each other, her in the water and me on the sand. She smelled real good, but we never got together again. |
My pal eez likes to throw sticks, and I help him out by bringing them back for him. One day at the beach he was looking for a stick to throw but he couldn't find any. So I went out into the surf and found one for him. He thought it was too big to throw. He's very picky sometimes. |
Here's a picture of eez and me in our den. He is "reading", something he does an awful lot of.
I don't get it. Books aren't that interesting. They smell very bland. I've tried a couple, and they don't even taste very good. But humans seem to like them a lot. Mostly they just look at them.
Sometimes he reads so much that he forgets basic stuff. I will come over to him when he is reading and he will ask me, "What's up?" Even though it's obvious, "Roof!" is what I tell him. |
This is us again, sitting by the campfire, probably waiting for dinner.
I hope there is broccoli. eez eats a lot of broccoli, and he always gives me the bones. Broccoli bones are one of my favorite treats. Maybe I like bananas more. You can see that eez is reading again. I told you!
My motto is "Let's Play!", and sometimes I have to bark it at him several times before it sinks in. But usually he gets it.
I have many toys, enough to make a big, big pile. Sometimes I bring one to him, or sometimes he says something like "bring me your racketball" or "where's your tennis ball?" or "get your soccer ball." I always bring him the one he talks about because that seems to be important to him. What's important to me is "Let's play!" |
