The Golden Deodar Cedar forms a graceful, gently drooping tree with year-round color.  Growth is slow at first, but then goes to 1-2' per year, pretty much the same as seed grown plants. Winter color is the most striking. As a true cedar, the plant bears interesting upright cones after it reaches 10-20' height.  After the cones mature, they disintegrate to release their seeds, leaving an interesting, candle-shaped remnant useful for craft projects. These plants are grafted onto seed grown deodar cedars. Grows at a moderate rate to 50', Z 7-9.
